Return & Refund Policy — CobraGuard

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return, contact us at info.driftpaw@gmail.com Once approved, we'll provide instructions and the return address. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Return the item via a trackable shipping method to:

We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method — CobraGuard is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit before we receive them.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us at info.driftpaw@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll evaluate and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

What This Policy Does Not Cover

This policy addresses product condition and buyer's remorse returns. It does not cover claims that a CobraGuard product failed to prevent an injury during use. CobraGuard gear is designed to reduce risk in outdoor environments — it is not warranted to prevent all injury in all circumstances. Liability limitations for use-related claims are set out in our Terms of Service.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of field use (dirt, abrasion, odor) beyond what's reasonable for inspection

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few additional days.
