Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase. Processing includes order verification, quality check, and handoff to our shipping partner. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information where available.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, estimated transit time is 9–12 business days, depending on destination.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual transit time can vary based on your country, the distance from our fulfillment location, customs processing, local carrier performance, weather, and other factors outside our control. Remote areas, and countries with more rigorous customs inspection, may experience longer delivery times than the estimate above.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs holds or inspections
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
  • Extreme weather, natural events, or carrier disruptions
  • Local delivery restrictions or holidays in the destination country
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

We ship worldwide. If you're ordering from outside the country of origin of your shipment, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total — they are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not able to predict the exact amount of any such charges, as they vary by country and shipment value. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you want an estimate before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at info.driftpaw@gmail.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivery but you did not receive it, contact us at info.driftpaw@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can investigate with the carrier and determine next steps.
